Rates
Individual session: $200 per session
Group Session: $90 per session
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider which means that you will be reimbursed for our sessions if you have out-of-network mental health benefits. The first thing you should do is contact your insurance company and ask them the following questions:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much is covered (percentage) for an out-of-network provider?
- Is there a limitation on how much you will pay per session?
- Is pre-authorization required?
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of service. I will provide you with a receipt at the end of our session so that you may submit to your insurance company for reimubursement. Cash or checks are accepted for in-office payment. You may pay by Credit Card on this website. I also offer payment plan options.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or provide less than 24 hours notice (excluding illness or emergency,) you will be required to pay for the session. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you have the option of rescheduling that session within the same week if an alterate appointment is available.
